Once upon a time there was an opera singer: Philipp Schausberger. He had two students, one of them the cabaret artist Herbert Steinböck, the other the pop entertainer Roman Schwendt. And since they loved to sing, they made a decision! Let's do an evening of songs together! “Great, and what shall we sing, Mr. Teacher?” “Everything, everything that makes us happy! 3-part, 2-part, solo, Quodlibet, canons... or is it called canons?” “The plural of canon is canon?” “Very imaginative, Mr. Teacher, and what is a Quodlibet?” “Doesn't matter, let's just trill, flitter, warble, flute, bellow and whisper!” “3-part bellowing… Mr. Teacher, we can do that!” “And also a few numbers from our own pen!” “Everything that can be sung in 3-part harmony. And the fourth in the group is the outstanding Christina Zauner on piano. “What kind of a piano? Is that the one in the cans?” Have fun with Herbert Steinböck feat. “The 3 Baritones”
